Fog and Sunset …at the Beach, a mostly black and white photography based abstract envisioned on 30 x 30 gallery-wrapped canvas. I felt that I wanted to work a splash of color into my minimalist palette for this particular work. The color represents lens flare - but I had a hard time getting the feel that I wanted. This was my third attempt, in fact.
The longer I look at it, the more satisfied I am. Sometimes these things seem to elude one and it takes some time to settle in, to find the appreciation. This piece has a soothing flow and is natural enough that you might forget it’s neo-minimalist roots….  Offers considered.
