Abstract Paintings Series: Ecosystem In Abstract

While we're working on creating the new site and replacing the old format pages with new ones, I still need to paint. And when I say 'need' I mean exactly that. I'm very excited about the new series "Ecosystem In Abstract" and I hope you'll take a moment to look.

Requiem For The Fallen Angels

This series deals with the state of the ecosystem using the Object-Oriented Abstract approach to dramatize the holocaust of nature. I've placed the first three works in this series online for your viewing pleasure. The above example represents part one. There is more information on each dedicated page:

Ecosystem In Abstract: Part I
Ecosystem In Abstract: Part II
Ecosystem In Abstract: Part III

Philosophy Of Pagani 101: End Times

Having learned about the fundamental irrationality of the the rational mind in our previous tome, one begins to understand the true nature of the intertwining threads that have colored the history of humanity. Philosophy Of Pagani 101: The Reversal of Logic

How can human beings who claim an allegiance to the truth look at the same set of facts and arrive at opposite conclusions? For example, how is that two sincere people look at the evidence for the existence of god or meaning and arrive at opposite conclusions having examined the same pool of information?

The dirty little secret of the rational mind is that it is far less than rational. Rather than examine facts and reach a conclusion based on those facts, these ever so rational pinnacles of evolution jump to a conclusion and then mold all subsequent information to fit their predetermined outcome. In other words, they start from a conclusion and work backward.

Despite this, everything we do as human beings is predicated on the assumption that we will use information to reach conclusions rather than manipulate information to justify conclusions. Those who wish to control and manipulate the masses know this, of course, and they use it to their advantage.
Your only defense is to understand the process and tirelessly work against it.
